Tiny Planet Cleanup does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
What the app does with your data
Nothing. The game runs entirely on your device. Your best score is saved locally on your device only. There are:
- no user accounts and no registration;
- no advertising and no ad networks;
- no analytics, tracking, or profiling of any kind;
- no third-party SDKs;
- no network transmission of gameplay data by us.
Game Center
If you choose to sign in to Apple's Game Center, your leaderboard scores are handled directly by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We never receive, access, or store this data.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Tiny Planet Cleanup ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, graphics, sounds, and name, is the property of Davide Volpato. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse-engineer it except where permitted by law.
4. Price
The App is free. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
5. Game Center
Optional Game Center features are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Davide Volpato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Changes to the App and these Terms
The App may be updated from time to time. These Terms may be revised; the current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
